English Version (Returns Policy)
Returns Unless there is an error on our part, shipping costs for returns or exchanges to our workshop are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of a return, the initial shipping cost is non-refundable (€5), including orders that qualified for free shipping. PayPal management fees are also non-refundable.

Extended Holiday Period: For orders placed during Black Friday, returns can be managed until after Three Kings' Day (January 6th).

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, returns of earrings are NOT accepted. Please note that all earrings are sold individually.

Custom Orders: Special sizes and custom commissions (ordered outside the website) are not eligible for return.
If, exceptionally, you have received an order in poor condition or ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange or return it, you may do so within 14 days after delivery, provided that:

Items are returned in perfect condition.

The original box is included, as it is considered part of the product.

The return is made via a secure shipping method.
Once the product is received at our warehouse and its condition is verified, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method within a maximum period of 14 days following the withdrawal notice (excluding shipping costs).
